The development process for cycling infrastructure projects often involves gathering input from the community. More specifically, the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition is often in a position to provide input on cycle track designs. The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to Coalition staff and spokespersons on how best to respond at these opportunities.
