Learn to stretch and pose to support your biker body!
Join us for a 1 hour interactive bike yoga class on Zoom.
This yoga class is specifically designed for bikers. Take a moment to complete the pre-class survey so that we can curate the poses and stretches for your specific needs.
Your yoga instructor will be Amanda from Pineapple Yoga.
